Assistance with clinical support evaluations and training will be required throughout the framework period It is also expected that tenderers have the capacity to manage the full ordering and delivery service process via an appropriate secure software application such as teleservice, online portal. To support community delivery via the management of health board bespoke patient prescription data, and also have the delivery capability to meet the expected cycles for home and care home deliveries.
