In order to secure best value for the Council, the Procurement Service identified a suitable and accessible Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as follows: DPS: Procurement for Housing Capital Works and Associated Works DPS OJEU Reference Number: 2018/S 184-415316 Lot: 5, Electrical DPS Period: 29th October 2018 to 28th October 2023 (with option to extend for a further 60 months) A minimum of 40 Community Benefit points were requested from bidders in this tender. An Invitation to Tender was issued via Public Contracts Scotland-Tender (PCS-T) on 23 March 2022 to the 23 contractors present within lot 5 of this DPS. The final tender closing date was 12 noon on 19 April 2022. Fourteen contractors accessed the ITT, with five bids received.
