The works shall comprise of all aspects of rot work remediation. This will include surveys, treatment, and all associated trades to rectify same (joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting, plastering, roof tiling and builder works). The works will be undertaken in residential properties of varying tenure including void properties, e.g. sheltered, general needs, shared ownership; together with works to the Association's own offices, commercial properties and lock up garages. Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration.
