## Notice

1. Refurbish existing staff room and provide new kitchen tea pre space including water supply to kitchen area as required (not presently provided). 5. Install new Low Rise Stairlift to provide wheelchair access to meeting rooms of upper area of first floor. 6. Reduce size of existing external planter by carefully removing existing sandstone blocks & cope and re-used to form smaller planter as shown.
