As part of the Paisley Museum Re-imagined project, Renfrewshire Council area seeking a conservator or conservation studio to reframe a number of works in new frames, replace glazing, and carry out remedial treatments on several frames in its collection.

Options: In the event that the Council require further remedial treatments on textile objects, the Council reserves the right to directly appoint the Service Provider appointed for this contract to provide future remedial treatments. The decision to award a contract directly to the appointed Service Provider is at the Council's sole discretion and will be determined by the Council with consideration to the principles of best value, the Council's Standing Orders relating to Contracts, the applicable procurement regulations and the capacity of the Service Provider.
