### Lot Information

Lot 1

BSL Interpreting Services provide qualified interpreters to support deaf and deaf/blind customers for face/face and/or remote appointments through video conferencing applications. The primary purpose of this Service is to support residents where they need to access Council services, for example liaising with a Housing Officer.

Renewal: It is the intention of the Council that any Contract resulting from this ITT will commence November 2022 for a period of two years with the option to extend for up to a further two years, undertaken at the sole discretion of the Council.
