Examples of working needing done would be telephone assistance, updating software on touchscreens, possibility of recoding legacy Flash content, specification advice, potential sourcing and installation of any new AV hardware required for any future interpretive elements or exhibitions. This list is not exhaustive and Historic Environment Scotland may also add additional sites and hardware into this contract.
