Renewal: We anticipate the contract to be for a period of 2 years with an optional extension period of 2 years depending on satisfactorily performance by the Contractors and by mutual agreement and on the basis of any Adjustments agreed upon. ANALYTICAL SERVICES Award of contract for analytical services, sampling and air monitoring within University properties. Services that are required but are not limited to 4 stage clearances, visual inspections and subsequent reassurance air tests, leak testing, background testing and sampling from various sources.
