Please refer to the Tender pack for further details relating to the works required. ### Lot Information Lot 1 CPI require a fully coordinated design team to provide architectural and engineering design services with expertise for pharmaceutical operations and functionality to i) Develop an optimised design of the Expansion of the current research facility, this will include an extension into the courtyard between the NFC and the NCHP, and a redesign of existing laboratory to make best use of the space available, typically around RIBA stage 3+ and to provide a design package as described in the deliverables below forming the basis for a tender package for a Build Contract (by others).
