## Summary

The North Lanarkshire Council has completed the procurement process for a tender titled "Flexible Framework – Solutions for ASN Pupils (Equipment & Adaptations)". This tender falls under the services category and aimed to establish a framework for acquiring bespoke solutions primarily for children with Additional Support Needs (ASN) within educational settings. The Council will continuously open the framework to new applicants for up to 36 months, allowing for quarterly additions under the same terms as current contractors.

This procurement process presents an opportunity for businesses, especially those offering equipment and adaptations for children with ASN, to engage with the North Lanarkshire Council. SMEs in the educational support services industry would be particularly well-suited to compete in this open procedure tender and collaborate with the Council to enhance educational opportunities for children with Additional Support Needs.
