Initial 'Test and Learn' phase Contract(s) will be effective for a maximum term of 6 months. The Test and Learn phase will be a fixed price. No contract extensions will be applied to the Test and Learn phase. The Contract shall automatically terminate at the end of the Test and Learn phase. A maximum of 4 Test and Learn phase contracts will be awarded. Renewal: Initial 'Test and Learn' phase Contract(s) will be effective for a maximum term of 6 months.
