HIE required a supplier to provide specialist expertise to support delivery of digital activity in the Highlands and Islands region.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Contract will be let from 5 September 2022 until 4 September 2025 with HIE having the option to extend for a further 1 year period. The total value in II.1.7) and V.2.4) is the maximum anticipated spend including the full optional extension period.

Options: In accordance with Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, HIE reserves the right to make changes to the volume, scope or location of the Services to be supplied under the Contract following a review of the Services by HIE, particularly with regard to: -The proposed procurement route for the IHCRD project does not proceed as stated and so reduction/increase of services are required; -Scottish/UK Government policy changes result in reduced/increased usage of services; -Time-only extension if external circumstances e.g. a pandemic or any unforeseen events delay the project (e.g. the City Region timescales are extended).
