Investigation into the potential of the Workplace Parking Licensing (hereafter WPL) powers introduced by the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019. Evidence gathering on pavement parking to inform any potential exemptions to the pavement parking prohibition under the same Act. Provide the Council further insight into parking behaviours as part of Liveable neighbourhoods work, and the City Centre Transformation Plan.
