## Summary

The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh has awarded a contract for the project titled "Benmore Botanic Garden Avenue Phase 3" to Asgog Ltd. ## Notice

This has been done to reduction of soil compaction and stimulation of root growth through the improvement of soil structure and aeration. at one-meter centres. The grass area up the centre of the Giant Redwood Avenue now requires a gravel raft and rootzone application followed by grass seeding. The purpose of this is to enable free drainage, but also create a suitable grass area up the centre section of the avenue, in order visitors can walk on the grass areas without causing compaction problems.
