Applicants had to demonstrate that they had a fully integrated system which includes the following facilities, and which is already implemented at 3 sites: CRM system; Rent management; Tenancy management; Reactive repairs; Planned and cyclical repairs; Asset register, including components; Warnings and alerts; Dashboards and reports; Factoring functionality, including the ability to manage cyclical maintenance funds and mandated (optional) works; Financial management of Group structure; Automated ARC reports and a customer portal for external users.

Options: The scope of the solution may be expanded over the years of the contract.
