The Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework ("the Framework") has a focus on early support for children and young people within the context of their families and communities. This shares the aspirations of the Promise, and the Plan for North Lanarkshire, focusing on co-production and support which is accessible where and when children, young people and their families need this most. Alongside this the North Lanarkshire Children's Services plan 2021-2023 sets out mental wellbeing as one of its key priorities. .
