The existing frameworks in scope are Customer Service (SCQF Level 5&6), Retail Skills (SCQF Level 5), Retail (SCQF Level 6), Travel Services (SCQF Level 5), Hospitality (SCQF Level 5 - service roles only). Retail Management, a pathway in the Retail (SCQF Level 6) framework will not be covered in the full apprenticeship development process and only in Stage 1a and 1b.
