### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Council has a new requirement to procure EOL SAN replacement at primary Data Centre 106TB and secondary Data Centre 106TB, to meet current sizing. The total capacity includes 10% growth capacity over a period of 5 years. The options to use existing hardware or reduce hardware have been considered. Both wold be unacceptable due to the sizing and therefore the requirement is for replacement of SAN hardware. Existing Council ICT staff will upport all professional services for installation, configuration and testing; and for replication from Data Centre 1 to Data Centre 2. Council ICT staff will shadow the migration of one or two LUNs from the existing SAN onto the new SAN using work instruction of process, and the Council will complete the remaining data transfer. There is no licensing requirement. The following locations have SAN hardware currently EOL which are no longer supported with hardware replacement or software security updates.
