All planning applications in the National Park are considered against the Cairngorms National Park Local Development Plan, irrespective of whether they are determined by the local authority planning teams or by the CNPA. We are also consultees for woodland grant applications and provide opinions and advice on these to Scottish Forestry and applicants.
