Contract Award Notice for the award of Paisley's Christmas - Winterfest negotiated contract Renfrewshire Council (the Council) is aiming to deliver a programme of Christmas activities in Paisley town centre called 'Paisley's Christmas'. As a key component of Paisley's Christmas, the Council is looking to appoint a single Service Provider to deliver, manage and provide the following facilities including; an outdoor but covered ice rink, a showpiece ride, a mix of fairground rides and a maximum of three food and beverage units, this will be called Paisley's Christmas - Winterfest. The negotiated contract will commence on the 7th November and will expire on the 15th January 2023.
