As part of the wider Enterprise contract, it has been identified that all existing schedule of rates and specifications within the Councils Housing and Corporate Repairs and Gas Central heating contracts will require to be reviewed in order to ensure they are priceable and clear to the market. The existing contract as detailed above have been in place for over 10 years and it is likely that these schedule of rate items and specifications were lifted and included from the previous 10 year old contract with minimal review, therefore we run the risk of including out of date information if we fail to carry out a rationalisation exercise.
