### Procurement Information

This requirement went through a tender process in February 2021. This was a collaborative process involving all 3 Glasgow Colleges. This process was cancelled due the CoGC's original requirements/service deliver changing as an effect of the pandemic i.e., the need for a hybrid approach - remote and face-2-face. A second tender process commenced on 18th February 2022. This process resulted in 1 bid with the bidder withdrawing through the evaluation process due to a lack of resource. On the third attempt to award the provision on Health Surveillance we engaged direct with our incumbent providers to place a longer term contract in place.
