They will be required to summarise the options available and provide a conclusion to support officials to produce advice and recommendations for Ministers. Detailed review of a Company's base case financial forecasts to include: - Comment on the robustness of the key assumptions underpinning the Forecasts; - Review of forecasting accuracy with specific comment on the underlying drivers of material cost increases since the previous forecast in March 2022 (note: may not be possible based on information available - to confirm Week 1); - Comment on any risks - Assessment of the impact of the above, any other sensitivities and potential upsides on the Forecasts. - Comment on the potential range of cost outcomes following the sensitivity analysis..
