Lot 1

The councils' new Housing Management system should be agile, dynamic and agnostic of device. The system should meet the various contact methods and devices our customers use to engage with our services, and it should minimise the number of external solution partners and subsequent interfaces to the back-end system. The key elements we require from a system are; - Customer/tenancy management, including private sector and hotel lets - Income management - Asset/stock management - Maximise use of Mobile working - Customer portal access to all The system will facilitate an agile and responsive workforce, and should support remote/home working and provide mobile solutions for use across our entire service area and geographic location. The system will make use of new technologies and storage solutions and will preferably be cloud based on a software as a service delivery model. The service is looking to reduce on premise reliance and minimize upgrade and development costs.
