## Summary

The Stirling Council recently awarded a contract for the "Electrical Repairs and Maintenance Framework." The procurement process involved the purchase of electrical contractors for reactive and planned maintenance services for public buildings, including schools, council offices, and community centres. The contract, worth £900,000.00 GBP, was signed on 23rd March 2023. The buying organisation, Stirling Council, located in Stirling, UK, managed this open procurement procedure, which has now reached the award stage.

This contract presents business growth opportunities for small and medium-sized electrical contractors who have experience in working on public buildings. Businesses with relevant accreditation such as NICEIC or SELECT would be well-suited to compete for this framework agreement. The procurement's focus on community benefits also offers opportunities for contractors willing to support Stirling Council's economic, environmental, and social objectives. The contract includes the option for contractors to extend their services, providing potential long-term partnerships for successful bidders.

## Notice
