## Notice

We currently use UiPath for developing automated processes and have done so within NLC for nearly 3 years now. We have a comprehensive set of fully operational processes that are run at varying times throughout the day/week/month that are processing transactions that used to be done by hand. We are near the end of our current licensing period and so we need to secure extended UiPath licensing.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

We currently use UiPath for developing automated processes and have done so within NLC for nearly 3 years now. We have a comprehensive set of fully operational processes that are run at varying times throughout the day/week/month that are automatically processing transactions that used to be done by individual users. We are near the end of our current licensing period and so we need to secure extended UiPath licensing. This licensing will include developer licenses, robot runtime licenses and the main Orchestrator platform license that we use to deploy and schedule the processes. We are continuing with UiPath as this is our software of choice for robotic process automation (RPA) and we would lose the benefit of what we have already developed (resulting in time/cost savings) if we decided to change platforms.
