### Lot Information

Lot 1

You will be working together with the interpretation and design team to establish an agreed response to our Illustration approach. The output of this contract will meet the specific needs of the full illustration briefing (to be issued during the initial stage of the contract work) and will lay the foundations for all visitor-facing map needs. The illustrations will be used in both print and signage. For phase 1 (the Edinburgh Garden) we are commissioning the following scope of work: 1.Simple map illustration (X1) Garden-wide map, hybrid 2D/3D view used for quick navigation in signage, print and online. Can be easily converted to monotone or black and white. 2.Detailed map illustration (X1) Garden-wide map with separate detailed* layers, hybrid 2D/3D view used for wayfinding and overall orientation, larger signage and print. 3.Feature interpretive illustration (X1) An elevation view capturing a slice of the garden landscape in context, including iconic garden features, likely for use on leaflet covers, product or welcome signage. 4.Detailed Interpretive Illustrations (X6-8) A detailed* axonometric or elevation view of specific areas of the Edinburgh Garden in context, for use on more in-depth interpretation, print or signage. Detailed* includes specific tree and other plant groupings, individual specimens, all paths, architectural features, water features, sculpture, fauna, etc. Illustrations should be assembled and delivered in digital format (Adobe Creative Suite compatible), including layered groupings that allow all elements to be switched on or off depending on specific use, (e.g. sculpture trail). Full illustration briefing and visual reference materials will be issued during the initial stages of phase 1. Subsequent phases should include the same scope of work for costing purposes.

Renewal: 2 x 12 Months - Total of 48 Months in total.
