### Lot Information

Lot 1

- Initial site visit inspection to see locations and assess access - Removal of seven old stiles with all materials taken from site and disposed of in accordance with applicable legislation - Installation of six new pedestrian gates and fittings using following product or similar https://centrewire.com/products/milton-keynes-gate-2-way/ . - If it is a similar product, it must be agreed with Head Ranger - Stockproof handle must be used on all gates - Replacement of seven 2 in 1 gates using following product or similar https://centrewire.com/products/york-2-in-1/ - If it is a similar product, it must be agreed with Head Ranger - Stockproof handle must be used on all gates - Tidying of current fencing to fit adjacent to new gate fittings to ensure fields remain stock proof - See photograph and information sheet for specific locations and requirements at each location within the tender pack - Please call Glenlivet Estate Office on 01479 870070 at least 48 hours before visiting the sites and to arrange access / site visits. - Only bids submitted through the Public Contracts Scotland portal will be accepted. - Bidders are recommended to arrange visits to sites before submitting a bid to ensure they have taken account of access and conditions. Must have specified works completed with all outputs delivered by the end of March 2023, weather conditions permitting. Bidders should provide a project plan which will achieve all required deliverables within these constraints and set out dates and comments for the milestones within the ITT.
