For Clarity - It is not the intent to consider storage for inter-seasonal or strategic purposes, but rather for short-term purposes, i.e. pre- and post-production of fuels, pre- and post-processing of fuels, pre- and post-export of fuels etc. Analogy can be drawn from current storages of methane, kerosene or diesel in terms of on-site storage solutions - nearby geological storage can be considered if appropriate.
