The CMOS Si-SPAD detector camera comes with 192x128 pixels, 40ps TDC resolution, frame rate up to 12.5kHz, microlenses integrated, up to 50% efficiency, dedicated acquisition software and analysis software for FLIM. The camera will be used mainly for underwater single-photon depth imaging. The principal purpose of the contract is to acquire goods in connection with research undertaken by the University
