Tenderers must provide residential services fully compliant and registered with the Care Inspectorate. The premises must also be registered with the Care Inspectorate Tenderers must complete and return the Single Procurement Document (SPD) for exclusion and selection criteria All those complying with the SPD and other requirements as specified in this Contract Notice with be considered Renewal: The initial contract period for the provision of the Services will be two years (24 months), with options to extend thereafter for up to an additional three years (36 months).
