The scope of services includes support and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Conferencing facilities across all the main COPFS offices as follows:Equipment Fault Diagnostics and Repairs, Software Reconfigurations (optional if required), General Support and Maintenance, Equipment Replacements (services only), Equipment Moves (including cabling), Installations of new suites, and Decommissioning.

Options: The contract value includes a bank of professional services days to cover ad hoc requirements, but the call-off may incur additional charges for replacement hardware and parts as required.
