In order to secure best value for the Council, the Procurement Service identified the most effective route to market as a Quick Quote for Works procedure under the Councils Standing Orders. An Invitation to Quote was issued via Public Contracts Scotland-Tender (PCS-T) on the 1st of November 2022 to the 5 contractors identified by members of the Project Team.
