Black soldier fly genomics library preparation and sequencing to a target depth of 15X per haplotype of PE150 reads; assembly of informatics package and, if applicable, and depending upon the metrics and complexity of the genome, perform a TAD analysis on the genome, generated from the libraries. Delivery of the results files to the Customer electronically via secure FTP.
