The LMS must be able to publish e-learning content for the Council workforce, guide staff towards relevant learning and to report on completions. It is anticipated that the Council will develop, create, upload and manage the e-learning courses as per the specification (as detailed in the invitation to tender document which can be located in the Public Contract Scotland tender portal), however the Council may request assistance from the Service Provider for any functionality of the LMS that the Council cannot carry out i.e. adding logos and investigate any issues.
