We would like to undertake a preliminary appraisal of options - both current and potentially new - in terms of delivery potential and best value. It is expected that this new work will build on the initial recommendations in the Peatland Commission (appendix 1 of SoR) and involve: a) Reviewing Peatland ACTION's current approach to delivery, drawing out: b) Identifying other delivery options. c) Preparing a report, with prioritised recommendations, on the options to optimise the delivery of peatland restoration in order to meet the Scottish Government targets. Further details in the SoR.. The contract is less than GBP 50,000 so is not considered a 'regulated procurement' as set out in the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
