Scottish Enterprise is looking to appoint multiple suppliers to deliver a Hydrogen Energy Expert Support Framework product. It is a 2-lot framework (single supplier per lot) to deliver support to a range of company types and sizes, and from differing sectors that are looking to diversify and gain further market penetration into the renewable or low carbon hydrogen sector. It is anticipated that the framework will commence in March 2023, with the option to extend for a further 3-month period.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The framework will be for an initial 12 months after which Scottish Enterprise reserves the right to implement an optional extension of a 3-month period at its discretion.
