Zero tenders were returned initially for Lot 1 - Supply of Transplants, Whips, & Feathered Trees and two tenders were returned for Lot 2 - Supply of Standard Trees & Other Trees however following evaluation both failed to pass the Council's pre-set threshold for quality. Lot 3 was responded to, evaluated and awarded.
