The works include: - Minor roofing works, - Gutters (clean & replace), - Downpipes (clean & replace), - Fascia, Soffits, Render repairs Renewal: The backlog requires to be cleared by 1st June 2023. HFS may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement following this date for up to a further two, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
