Supply & installation of a high-pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry system to support ongoing research into solid refrigerants. It is a fundamental requirement of the research to which this instrument will support, that the system can operate up to 1000 bar of pressure within a temperature range of as close to 200 K to 500 K as possible.

Options: The University reserves the right to obtain additional warranty, maintenance or replacement parts from the supplier.

It is a fundamental requirement of the research to which this instrument will support, that the system can operate up to 1000 bar of pressure within a temperature range of as close to 200 K to 500 K as possible. The system is further required to enable isothermal and isobaric measurements to be taken such as through the use of a piston pump pressure delivery system. Having undertaken market consultation, the Setaram uDSC EVO 7 is the only system available capable of meeting these requirements.
