The SEStran office is situated within Scottish Government premises at Victoria Quay, Edinburgh and is subject to the Scottish Government's security protocols. All site engineers/technicians will require full Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance to gain access to the premises. The successful contractor will be required to ensure that personnel are suitable and to submit all necessary data as set out in the BPSS application process. The Service Provider must notify the Authority of any matter or other change in circumstances which might adversely affect future Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance.
