The parking commission includes a requirement to consider Decriminalised Parking Enforcement (DPE) and for a Feasibility Study to be undertaken for a Council decision on whether to proceed to a DPE application to Transport Scotland.

Renewal: The Council will have an option to extend it for up to a further six-month period.
