This partnership has the remit:* To develop a pilot based on, but not limited to, the conclusions and recommendations set out in the report of the Short Life Working Group on Facilitating Peaceful Assemblies in Scotland.* To consider the content and practicalities of delivering the pilot to ensure it is compatible with human rights; is deliverable; and can be fully and properly evaluated so that any actions taken forward based on the outcomes of the pilot will lead to improvements in the management of processions.
