Lot 1

User Involvement and Peer to Peer Recovery Service providing a flexible responsive service for adults who experience, or have experienced, drug/alcohol issues whilst fostering the principles of recovery, are person centred supporting empowerment and enablement. The service is to offer support at evenings and weekends if appropriate. The service provided must be of high quality ensuring there is a focus for recovery and self-development. The service is to be provided in the local communities across East Ayrshire and must be available with the ability to be able to meet individuals one to one and in group sessions where required, therefore a base must be central and accessible by public transport. The service must work in partnership with individuals and agree outcomes that are measurable, achievable and will support full and active citizenship. Support East Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership and have those with lived experience promote and collate data information on operational and strategic issues pertinent to the delivery of the local ADP Strategy (2020-2024), and supporting those with lived experience to set and manage focus groups towards the collection of qualitative data and information.
