The service is to offer support at evenings and weekends if appropriate. The service provided must be of high quality ensuring there is a focus for recovery and self-development. The service is to be provided in the local communities across East Ayrshire and must be available with the ability to be able to meet individuals one to one and in group sessions where required, therefore a base must be central and accessible by public transport. The service must work in partnership with individuals and agree outcomes that are measurable, achievable and will support full and active citizenship.
