The exact scope of the framework may be subject to change following the pre-tender market engagement carried out by LHC but services that are currently envisaged to be included within this future framework are as follows: - Fire Safety Consultancy - Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Safety Inspections - Installation of Passive Fire Protection - Installation of Active Fire Protection - Active Fire Protection Testing, Servicing and Maintenance - Installation of Fire Suppression Systems - Fire Suppression Systems Servicing and Maintenance - Cladding Remedials and Replacement - Waking Watch Services ### Lot Information Fire Safety Consultancy The scope of this consultancy lot is expected to include: Fire Consultancy Advice on all fire safety aspects of Client portfolios Develop fire strategies, policies, procedures, and emergency plans Undertake PAS9980 assessments Undertake EWS1 reports Provide cost-benefit analysis of options for fire safety remedial solutions. Installation of Active Fire Protection The scope of this lot is expected to include the design, supply and installation of the following active fire protection systems and equipment: Fire Alarm Systems Emergency lighting design, supply, install and commission AOV (Automatic Opening Vents) Domestic smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms Fire Extinguishers and other manual fire suppression equipment.
