North Ayrshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified service provider to deliver Gas Soundness Testing and Boiler Servicing to non-domestic properties within the North Ayrshire area (including the islands of Arran and Cumbrae). The contract will be let under the Terms and Conditions of the Scottish Building Contract Committee (SBCC) Measured Term Contract (MTC/Scot) 2016, and NAC Model Form Additional Contract Terms.

The Contract comprises testing, servicing and maintenance of Gas Installations in North Ayrshire Council Non-Housing Properties, ensuring premises are maintained to meet statutory legislation and requirements. This includes but is not limited to: - annual servicing of gas fired boilers - annual servicing of gas fired appliances - gas soundness testing & certificate issue - gas safety testing & certificate issue - conducting minor remedial works where required - tracing & repairing gas leaks
