Total anticipated works cost = GBP 1,750,000 Architect and C&S Engineering Services will complete the design team as separate appointments. As the project progresses it is anticipated that additional services, such as a principal designer, then a main works Contractor will be appointed. The Architect is the lead consultant, but each consultant will be appointed directly by the Association.
