### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Services required will be the provision of trained Fire Safety Officers whose role will be to monitor and patrol the building(s) at Lancefield Quay searching for signs of fire and fire hazards and trained fire marshals who will continually patrol the interior and exterior of the building(s) at Lancefield Quay in order to detect a fire, raise the alarm and evacuate the building, such patrols being conducted at regular intervals throughout a 24hr period. It is estimated that at least 20 fire wardens will be need on site. The period of contract will be for 4 months from 01 February 2023.
