Falkirk Council Children's Service is seeking a provider(s) to deliver an alternative to continuing care and aftercare in an accommodation based resource. The provider will assist young people to gain the knowledge and skills necessary, and support them to make a successful transition to more independent living. The duration of the Framework is anticipated to be 2 years with the option of two 12 month extensions. ### Lot Information Provider Solutions We are keen to hear from Providers of their solutions for the Provision of Supported Accommodation for Care Experienced Young People in the Falkirk Council area. Falkirk Council Premises The accommodation comprises 9, self- contained single occupancy apartments within a 3 storey building. The service to be provided is an accommodation-based housing support service to support 8 young people with eligible after care needs. It is intended that one of the nine self contained apartments will be retained to accommodate emergency placements. It is recognized that the hours of support to each young person will vary depending on the support needs. Some young people may require a significant level of support to develop their ability to live more independently.
