The University has a requirement for a sole supplier who can provide both Gown Hire and Photography services for the university of Strathclyde graduation ceremonies. For ease of access, it is crucial that the supplier can provide a single point of purchase for students to utilise both Gown hire and photography services, in addition an on campus presence during all graduation ceremonies is required as part of this contract .As part of this contract the supplier must provide a rebate to the university based on all sales made throughout the contract term.. Economic operators may be excluded from the competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Please see the ITT contained on the PCS-Tender project relevant to the procurement and the other Tender documents for further information.

Options: The University at its sole description reserves the right to request additional services by the successful tenderer either intended as partial replacement of the existing services or as an extension of the existing services. The Contracting Authority may at its sole discretion exercise this option.

Renewal: The duration is inclusive of the contract extension period. The contracting authority exercises the right to extend this contract by 1 x up to 12-month period. The extension will be utilised at the sole discretion of the contracting authority.
